Sunday 2nd August seemed to come too quickly really. We went to church, came home and had a quick lunch which Dad kindly made for us, and then we headed down to the Taunton Train Station to say goodbye.
We had a few minutes to spare, which turned out to be quite eventful when Leilani fell down the back of the seat whilst sitting on the top of it. She didn't hurt herself too bad, but it was a bit of a shock. Then Emily decided to entertain us with her suitcase tricks!
A few hugs later...
It felt weird for the first few days not having Grandma and Grandad around - after them being here for 4 weeks! We hope they enjoyed their stay and seeing a small piece of England and France. We feel really lucky that they came.
When we got back home we all crashed, and ended up watching movies for the rest of the day!
We had to be up the next morning washing and changing sheets ready for our next visitors to arrive in a few days time!

Yes there is nothing worse than your visitors leaving, but there is also nothing better...lol. Strange, but true. I hate the days leading up to leaving when I go to Australia because I just want it to be over with already as I don't enjoy flying too much and I hate saying goodbye.
Yes the "going" is almost as exciting as the "coming".
We did have a great time.(well I did anyway). I'm glad we got to see France. We would never have gone there on our own.
It's a shame we can't just pop over to England for a weekend every now and then.
Australia is a long way from anywhere really.
Emily has some pretty sweet suit case moves - to bad if she had of got her head stuck!!!
Close call Lani! I guess all these visitors would be making the time go pretty quick...dont know if you think thats a good thing or not...you are starting to look like locals, not to mention those 2 little girls who seem to have picked up abit of an accent tehe!
Love the photos of Deb with the girls! They are so cute!
