Catch Up Time

I have been spending my 'spare time' (if that's what you call the time after the kids go to bed) doing other things of late and therefore haven't been doing much blogging... so I have a bit of catching up to do... so this is what we have been doing over the past few weeks....

On Sunday 26th November Mum and Aunty Maree left on their big adventure to the United States. Apparently the best part of their trip happened before they even got there - at the hotel in Melbourne, but you will need to read the Woolley Mammoth to find out what happened there! Meanwhile, back here in beautiful Tasmania we have been keeping busy without them... mainly with cleaning the house ready for inspections... we had quite a few the first 2 weeks, which was great but it was quite annoying at the same time. We have another open home this weekend so hopefully I'll have the house to myself until  then! 

Apart from cleaning we have been getting out and enjoying the sunshine as much as possible. On Wednesday 29th October we picked Charlotte up for a play, it turned out to be quite a big day for us, and the kids loved it. 

We started at the park, and stayed  until the girls needed to use the toilet!!

Lani is really going to miss Charlotte next year, they are good friends and always looking out for each other. They do have there 3 year old moments together sometimes though - and they get quite upset with each other! But it usually turns out okay!  We were out somewhere last week (can't think where) but Lani was having a fun time and she says to me "I wish Charlotte was here!' It was very cute! 

After the park we went home for a while and the girls got the dress-ups out.... 

There was Dora & a Ballerina...

... a Fairy and Snow White....

and a few swops of each!

We then headed down to Kingston Beach for a quick play before home time.

I think this is where I lost Charlottes sunglasses. I feel really bad, so maybe that's what Lani will be giving her for Christmas!
